Reverend Michael Beckwith on CBS Eye to Eye

I just came across this clip and absolutely LOVE IT!! I have found a constant criticisim of The Secret to be the message that unfortunate circumstances are their own fault. Here Reverend Micheal Beckwith discusses the message is not of blame, but of taking responsibility for your situation as the first step of a progression to a more positive situation. Here, he uses poverty as the example. Reverend Micheal Beckwith also discusses how The Secret did concentrate on "materialistic" goals of attaining objects. He explains that The Secret was a introduction or basic teachings of The Law of Attraction and that is why they showed the "receiving" of objects in the movie.
